Estuary Skin Support

Starting from v.17 (Krypton) Kodi got a new default skin – Estuary. PyXBMCt supports Estuary and automatically selects its appearance – Confluence-based or Estuary-based – depending on Kodi version by default. PyXBMCt appearance can also be set explicitly:
